CLASSICAL SINGING CLASSES
Saturday March 24

ALL SINGING CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT
Brighton and Hove High School GDST, Montpelier Road, Brighton BN1 3AT
Performers should sing from memory; scores are acceptable in Oratorio classes only.
In exceptional cases singers may enter an older-age class on the written recommendation of their teacher. In this case they may not enter the equivalent younger–age class.
The Roedean Cup will be awaded to the performer with the highest mark within any class and any section within the Festival.
SOLO SINGING – JUNIOR
Festival Medals will be awarded by the singing committee to the singers with the highest mark in Junior and Intermediate classes.

SOLO SINGING – SENIOR – 18 YEARS AND OVER
An Award of a Solo appearance with Shoreham Oratorio Choir in their Christmas Concert, 2012, will be made to a singer from the Senior Classes at the Adjudicator's discretion.

Music teachers/professionals may only take part in a capacity for which they are not professionally trained. Award: as this is intended to be a light hearted class, humorous prizes will be awarded to the first three places. Time limit 10 minutes |
